Squeaky wheel - any help / thoughts?

Hello,

I just bought the Dyson Ball Multi floor (I think it's the model UP13) from target. The wheels on the underside of the head squeak loudly when I roll the vacuum back and forth.

I know it's the head wheels, because when I detach the head by pulling the red clip and roll it alone, it still squeaks, even if I slide my finger under to hold the roller still (so not the roller either).

After speaking to a Dyson customer service rep on the phone, we returned the first vacuum because of this problem, and I can't believe the new one does it too.

Has anyone else experienced this? Does it go away after using it a while?
