DC31 not working
DC31 not working
Used my DC31 the other day until the battery died. Fully charged the battery and now it's not working at all. Are there any little things that I could be missing that will allow the vacuum to not run? It's only about 6 months old so I can't see it being broken or anything.

Nothing springs to mind other than to check the connections between the battery and charger / machine. It's probably be worth a call to the Dyson helpdesk as they will no doubt have a list of things to try when it won't turn on. Sorry I can't be of much help this time!
