www.ManchesterVacs.co.uk
I'd like to add our site above to this list if I can. We dismantle hundreds of Dysons and sell many parts that others don't list. We are always cheaper than Dyson UK.

Of coarse - I've added you above. Thanks for your recent contributions to the forum.
PS: Do you stock spares for machines newer than the DC14?

Re: Guide: Where to buy Dyson spare parts
We keep some DC15 and later stuff, but we are mostly restricted by what we get in (wrt used/recycled parts). Most later machines we tend to refurbish rather than dismantle. The spares after market on later stuff is lesser as Dyson tend to sue people who "copy" their parts. They use this to control the after sales market and keep prices artificially high. A good example is DC14 crevice tools; nobody other than Dyson makes these yet, which is why they cost around £10 as opposed to earlier ones for just a few pounds.
Re: Guide: Where to buy Dyson spare parts
May i recommend www.dysondoctors.co.uk . They have just serviced my DC01, The guy was very helpfull and because of my predicament he gave me a free pack of filters and a load of accessories
Re: Guide: Where to buy Dyson spare parts
I'd like to add my company to the above list (http://www.totalvac.com/dyson.htm). We sell a variety of Dyson vacuums and Dyson vacuum parts (tools, filters, and so forth) so homeowners can keep their Dyson vacuum in top performing condition.
Re: Guide: Where to buy Dyson spare parts
I would like to add http://www.vacuum-direct.com to the list above. They pretty much have just about any part you need for both older model Dyson and new models. Excellent support staff as well...
