Have an issue with my Dyson 7 - large brush head not spinning. I've done some troubleshooting already but still not working.

1) Removed brush & confirmed nothing tangled (eg. Hair)
2) Removed cannister and confirmed no corrosion or debris on the connectors - on any connectors

I did another test without the brush attached - Powered on without brush and saw the metal end that inserts into brush spinning very fast (not sure what the part is called)
Plus if I attach the mini brush, it does spin.

Hello, the photos are not loading. However what I would say to check; is remove the brush bar from the cleaner head. Near the end there will be a black shield that turns. This contains a big bearing, the normal cause for the motor not spinning when the brush is in, is because this bearing is faulty or covered in grime and hair.
