Bought a pure cool today and the filters apprently need replacing?? I held down the correct buttons on the remote for 5 seconds to reset the filters but nothing. Also the update wont download and it keeps disconnecting from the net. Sigh! Please anyone help me!
If the machine is brand new, you would be best to contact Dyson direct so they can address the issue. They will need your serial number which is located on the bottom of the machine, and on the back of your user manual.
