Dyson Supersonic hairdryer

Hi there guys,

New to this forum. I have a question regarding a Dyson product. The supersonic hairdryer. I purchased one and was told after having tried registered it for warranty, that it can't be registered. I've used it and watched videos of fake ones versus authentic and it is absolutely authentic itself. How could a Dyson product not be allowed for warranty? The product I have works immaculately, no signs whatsoever that it's a knock off. I've gone as far as to test it along side a family members Dyson supersonic hairdryer which was registered for warranty. What reasons could there be for sales of Dyson products but aren't eligible for warranty?

Hi, now while you may have gone compared it to another product, it may still be a copied version. We have heard of cases where some on the outside look and feel exactly like a Genuine product.
