I have a dyson animal DC28, the house is almost completely stuck in the handle. My wife can't get it to come out, I can but it is exteremely hard to get out. Does anyone know what might be causing this issue and secondly; does anyone have any idea on how to fix the issue?

I have this exact same problem except I can pull it out at all anymore. The Dyson DC28 Animal is 10 months old! and it's been getting harder and harder to pull out each time for a few months. Did you get a solution for this?
