Dyson 7 animal - brush head not spinning

Hi ,

Have an issue with my Dyson 7 - brush head not spinning. I've done some troubleshooting already but still not working.

1) Removed brush & confirmed nothing tangled (eg. Hair)
2) Removed cannister and confirmed no corrosion or debris on the connectors - on any connectors

I did another test without the brush attached - Powered on without brush and saw the metal end that inserts into brush spinning very fast (not sure what the part is called)
