HI,

He dwells on problems with the WiFi app, and from forums it seems all the WiFi apps introduced in robots recently have connection problems.Their first ventures into this field. WiFi systems have become complex in some cases now with all sorts of security features, beyond just passwords. There is also dependence on remote servers of the vacuum makers, in networks which may not always be working nor have needed capacity. The instructions provided are not up to the task, resembling computer operating system problems. It is not surprising appliance customer service would not be equipped to deal with such things as well as the complexities of robots themselves. More like what Apple Stores handle.One thing about Samsung, who he praises, is how many limitations of the robots are mentioned in their manuals compared to the other brands, like they have more active lawyers or something. Of course, it is not in their advertising.Samsung Powerbot is also surprisingly quiet after experience with other brands. Enough to make you wonder whether it is cleaning well, but it does, after a fashion.
