DC59 being updated?

I tried to buy a DC59 yesterday and everywhere seemed to be sold out.

Anyone know if this is about to be updated with a new model? I noticed there was about a year between the DC44 and the DC59, so the timing is about right, also everywhere is offering £50 trade in discounts.

Just wondering if anyone knows if they are about to replace it with a newer model before I try hunting one down somewhere.

You may well be right but I don't think anyone will know until it's launched. Keep an eye on the Argos website if you really want to know. They sometimes list machines in advance of launch to get them into the latest catalogues.

Nice find, but this is one really expensive handheld/stick mix? I am not sure about the paint-roller brush either just looks odd lol. Hopefully it can clean and last for a while.
