My CRO2 washing machine is asking me to close the outer door before it will start the cycl but the outer door is already shut.
Does anyone have ideas to what spare parts I need to try and get?

Hi. Try turning the screw behind the soap tray cover. From memory I think it might be a yellow plastic one you can turn with a coin.
