Dc29 : Too much suction - head sticks to the ground

Hi,

we have a problem of too much suction. The switchable head sticks to the ground and the motor is making a vacuum sound. Cleaning is easier by opening the lid on the handle. We use a switchable power head (good translation?) and maybe there is some wear. Could that be the problem? What distance is there normally between brush and air intake?
