Please help.
I have changed all filters, examined the inner hoses and also emptied the dirt container.

I`m having the same problem on my DC07. Have cleaned all filters, and it sucks absolutely fine when upright with the hose but when used in the reclining mode it is poor. The rotary head is moving and the flexible hose from the rotary head is not damaged. Any ideas???

Hi, on the dco7 make sure the clutch is on for carpet but I find if you unscrew the internal hose underneath half a turn it will push the cleaner head flat to the floor better or for a couple of quid replace the hose instead . If you're feeling technical a clutch and brush too then with a clean filter you've given it a bit of TLC and should stick to the floor ! Cheers
