Fair enough. That's rather odd. Perhaps worth a call to Dyson to see if they have any suggestions? Their service charge for washing machine is £99 which isn't too bad compared to how much they were new, but still a lot compared to a new machine.
£300 to £400 for a new decentish one.
The last time (last year) an engineer came he said it would not last much longer as spares were running out. Ours is about 9 years old so bearings won't last much longer.
Will call them for advise
Thanks

BTW if the bearings are OK how much is faulty CR01 worth?
