;) I recently purchased a DC25i and whilst I am quite happy with it, there is one thing that is annoying me.
After using it, the carpets are left with 5 lines from the ridges on the ball. This is very noticeable especially on plain carpets. Does anyone else have this problem also is there anything I can do to get rid of them?

I don't have a DC25 but I've never heard of that before. The only thing I can think of is to make sure your last stroke is always backwards so that the brishbar russles up the carpet again after the ball has put the ridges down, though I'm not sure how effective that would be.
