James was always a businessman by necessity, rather than intention, and the move has allowed him to devote his full attention to his great passion of engineering. He's now working directly with his engineering-design teams developing new technology.

Thank heavens! Ithought he was leaving his company! The man is a genius! I am in hopes that one day he'll come up with a great carpet shampooer.. something that is not as messy as the one I Have now and have to continually dump the dirty water... maybe a recycled carpert shapooer? Anyway.. I am glad that we will still be the recipients of his fantastic innovations! Deb

I do hope that James will be replaced by someone better or if not, as good as him. I also tried his service and we are very pleased with what he had done for us. He is such a professional businessman. My carpet cleaning

Deb Dyson don't believe in putting water into carpets, so that will never happen, that's the reason they have Zorb powder. As for the other filter, is there a tab that can be pulled to release it or is it permanently fixed in there?
