Hi - There is a lot of dirt inside my cyclone assembly - I have a Multifloor 2. Is there a way to clean it out? Just to be clear - I'm talking about the assembly not the filter, which I can remove and clean easily. This dirt can be seen through the fine mesh screen on the assembly itself. Thanks

Hi, the best way to clean this is to take the clear bin off the cyclone. Place the cyclone in a bag and seal the top with your hand to stop dust coming out. You can then give the cyclone a gentle tap on the floor. Dust will fall from the inside of the cyclone into the bag. Not all the dust will be removed as there are many nooks and crannies for the dust to hide inside.
Unless you fully strip the cyclone down you will not clean it 100%. Some people use an airline, you can do this but beware that a lot of dust will be blown into the air!
Even after cleaning, after a few uses the cyclone will get to be in the same condition again as before.
