I am not aware that any schematic exists for that part.

However, they are not so expensive to replace. I think a new one is £30 including UK shipping from us, or a used one is half that.

yes,i agree with ManchesterVacs, it's better to replace it. it's hard to find a schematic for that part.

An old post but one that some may find useful,
After a fair amount of research and quite a bit of testing I have found that the components most likely to fail on this pcb are the fusible links (L1 ect) which can often blow
when the brush bar gets jammed and is then reset (with the button at the end) without clearing the jam first.
I can tell you one thing for sure - a couple of fusible links and a bit of solder costs a hell of a lot less than 30 quid.

Many thanks for that last post.... I was looking for what L1 and L2 were (and thinking those are very tiny inductors!! ah..L=Link).
Yes; much much less than £30. 8-) What value are the fuse links though?

In the absence of being able to find details of what L1 and L2 are (value-wise) I replaced them with links made from 5amp fuse wire. At the moment that has restored motor function, although time will tell if 5A is adequate.
Couldn't see any discussion about details of the reset switch, but as this is just in the AC feed, and stays closed-circuit even when the button is pressed, I guess it's an overcurrent trip; not really a reset switch at all.
