Hello, while vacuuming recently a necklace under a chair got caught in the turbine head breaking the rubber flap in the pipe just inside the head. Does anyone know what this is called and where I can get a replacement from? The brushes don't have enough power without it as it diverts suction through the brush motor. Thanks in advance.
