Dyson model: DC-14
Hello :),

I bought a DC-14 Refurbished model roughly 10 years ago. Has always worked perfectly with zero problems. I have never serviced it, never had to. Recently, it has lost suction at the base. The hand held hose still has the original perfect suction, just not the main part where the brush is. I replaced the pre and post filters. Still not much suction. I've checked and there is nothing stuck in the vacuum :/. Anyone have any idea what it could be?

Thanks so much!

if you have lost suction from your vacuum cleaner then you don't have any option to repair it. you can try another one which i am using since last eight months and that is Dyson v6 Absolute
