Post subject:  V6 Fluffy Observation and Questions

Just got a V6 Fluffy. Works great on my hard wood floors. ONe observation, and two questions:

Observation:
I don't really use the "maximum suction" feature for especially bad patches. Rather, I just leave it there whenever I'm doing a single room. In other words, it's my default whenever I don't intend to do >10 mins cleaning. This ensures that a lot of my vacuuming is at a satisfyingly higher level of quality.

Question 1:
The fluffer head doesn't like to be pushed straight. It kind of swerves. It's driving me a bit crazy. Is there a workaround for this? Am I doing something wrong?

Question 2:
What's the best attachment to use for the rough dusty hair-ball strewn terrain under my bed? I'm not sure I want to gunk up my soft roller head, also I'm not sure I can angle the wand down far enough to cover the entire space without the head losing contact. I also have a Soft Roller Cleaner Head, Mini Motorized Tool, Combination Tool, Crevice Tool, Mattress Tool, Soft Dusting Brush, and Up Top Tool
